Our Mission and Vision
Mission: To foster unity, cultural preservation, and social empowerment among the Kalenjin community in Victoria, Australia, by providing support networks, promoting economic and educational opportunities, raising mental health awareness, and celebrating our rich heritage while integrating into the broader Australian Society.

Our Programs
Welfare & Support Programs
The association has rolled out an Emergency Assistance Fund where it provides financial support for members facing crises such as medical emergencies and funerals.
Cultural & Heritage Programs
Kitwek Victoria has Kalenjin Language & Literacy Classes where we teach the Kalenjin language to younger generations and newcomers. It also includes Traditional Rites of Passage to support community members in maintaining cultural identity.
Youth, Mental Health & Mentorship Programs
Connect young professionals with mentors through career development, provide educational support, and promote mental health awareness through events like running and talent showcases.
Business & Economic Empowerment
Offer workshops on entrepreneurship and business management, create community-based investment groups, and assist with job searches, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Community Engagement & Social Events
We host an Annual Gala where members showcase their Kalenjin culture, and Monthly Community Gatherings for regular meet-ups, networking, and bonding.
